Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the 501c3 website and platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, products, promotions, bonuses, and digital content offered by 501c3. Local laws and regulations specifically applicable to users in Bangladesh shall always take precedence.

501c3 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & Eligibility

Registration Terms

Must be at least 18 years of age
Each individual may register only one account
All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate
A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required
You must cooperate with identity verification processes

Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their password confidential
Sharing your account with third parties is strictly prohibited
Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately
We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication enabled at all times
Users are responsible for all activity on their account

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

All users must comply with the following rules when using the 501c3 platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Prohibited Activities:

Operating multiple accounts
Providing false information or misrepresenting your identity
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform
Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
Money laundering or illegal transactions
Harassing other users

User Commitments:

Keep your account information accurate and up to date
Only bet within your financial means
Abide by all platform rules and guidelines
Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
Cooperate with customer support when required
Provide required documents for identity verification

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on 501c3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and approved bank transfers.

Deposit Policy:

Minimum deposit ৳500
Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly
No additional charges on deposits
Only use payment methods registered in your own name

Withdrawal Policy:

Minimum withdrawal ৳500
Mobile banking transfers typically take 1–6 hours
Up to 1 business day for bank transfers
Large withdrawals cannot be processed without identity verification

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

Limitation of Liability

501c3 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming on the platform. In the event of service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, third-party failures, or unforeseen circumstances, 501c3 bears no obligation to provide compensation. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 501c3 platform — including logos, designs, games, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of 501c3. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of this content.

Third-Party Links & Services

The 501c3 platform integrates third-party payment gateways and game providers. 501c3 is not responsible for the policies, security, or operations of these third parties. Users engage with third-party services under those parties' own terms and conditions.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure

Violation of these Terms and Conditions
If fraudulent activity is detected
Providing false identity or information
In cases of suspected money laundering
Failure to provide requested documentation
Sharing your account with another user

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

501c3 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via platform notifications.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
